After graduation, she worked as the pastry chef of Main Course, a popular catering company in New Paltz, NY. She then moved to Cape Cod to work as the Assistant Pastry Chef at Chatham Bars Inn for six years, and later joined team Pelham in 2019. Thank you to the entire team, we loved our anniversary. The two properties each offer 27 guest rooms, complete with new furniture, bathrooms, vinyl plank floors, and TVs. Nice pool and viewing of the ocean from the pool area. Located on 281 Main Street in Dennis Port, our specialty menu is baked fresh daily with real, quality ingredients. Our highly skilled and passionate culinary team is committed to preserving the art and craft of traditional bread & pastry making while taking a modern approach. The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.
